【Payment in advance】
- Bank transfer
- Credit card payment (MasterCard, VISA card) – Available for bookings made via the website.
Credit card payment via the website can be made after you have joined the tour and have completed the 'Already joined the tour' procedure here.
The payment is not made when you enter your booking and credit card details. Also, the amount of the payment can be reduced, but not increased.

If paying by cash, please have a representative make the payment together with you.

If you transfer money on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, financial institution holidays or after hours, your payment will not be confirmed until the next business day of the financial institution.
Transfer fees are cheaper for transfers between Japan Post Banks. Please make use of this service.
Please transfer the tour fee, guesthouse fee and meal fee in one lump sum.
Repeaters should also transfer the regular fee.

Booking process from the website
Start reservation request
From the homepage, select the desired date and time from the red button「 "Click here to make a reservation".」
Confirmation of receipt of email
An email containing a URL to proceed to the booking form will be sent to the email address you entered.

Fill in the required information
Click on the URL in the email, enter the required information and submit your application. For immediate reservations] You will immediately receive an email with details of the tour for which your reservation has been confirmed. If you have a request for a reservation, you will receive a reply by email confirming availability and whether or not a reservation can be made. If a booking is possible, you will receive an email with details of the tour. ※At this point, the reservation is confirmed.
For bank transfers
Please make the bank transfer at least one week before the tour.
